We will arrange group travel to camp and are encouraging as many people as possible to use this route. The cost will be shared across the camp.
Details are being finalised, but we expect to be meeting at Euston Station at around 9.15am on Saturday 23rd May.
We expect to return to Euston at around 6pm on Wednesday 27th May.
Please confirm your travel arrangements on this form BEFORE FRIDAY 8th May - TRAVEL
Tents are provided for all young people and the camp is fully catered.
Adults will need to provide their own tent - but if you are struggling please let us know as there are often spares within the district.
Everyone will need a sleeping bag and roll mat, water proofs and walking shoes or boots.
A full kit list will be issued nearer the time but for an idea of what else you will need to bring have a look HERE.
We take the welfare of your young people really seriously. If you have flagged anything on the booking form which we need to know about, you'll be getting a call in the next couple of weeks to talk this over so that we can be sure we have all the info and know how best to support your child.
We will also contact everyone to find out about friendship groups and who your YP might like to share a tent with.
There is more info about how we support young people on camp here: SUPPORT
In the meantime, if there is anything you feel we ought to know about, that you have not flagged on the booking form, please do get in touch with the Camp Lead for your group - even if you are coming on camp yourself. This might be around behaviour, anxiety, any concerns about coming to camp, allergies, food or sensory issues, bed-wetting, friendship worries.
